Our On line store

 We use several integrated and specialist online (‘world wide web / internet’) service providers who facilitate the operation of our own on-line store @ www.instantbrands.com.au and the processing and delivery of goods and services purchased by You. Any personal information collected within our on-line store is held within a secure database that is solely retained by Instant Brands Australia as the owner of that data within the scope of this Privacy Policy, but may be securely shared with our contractors or service providers for the purposes of operating our online store and the delivery of goods and services to You. 

 

Financial information

Note that whilst personal information would also typically include financial information, such as credit card details, We don’t directly receive or retain any such financial information in respect of our online customers, rather it is provided to Our contractors or service providers for third party payment processing.  partners, via their portals and on their privacy terms.  Accordingly, this Privacy Policy does not govern the collection and processing of Your credit card details or other such financial information.

 

Community forums etc.

Note that any personal information You submit through any public-facing community forum, social networking interaction or similar facility that Our website may provide or facilitate may be made public.  Others may have visibility of, and access to, such personal information and may use it or share it with third parties.  We are not responsible for any such use or disclosure.

Please note that Your social media platforms may observe any targeted advertisements We may send to Your feed, and as a result You may receive other advertisements from other businesses.  That secondary targeting is the platform’s use of Your personal information, not Ours.  You may be able to manage that by changing Your ad preferences on that social media platform.

We may disclose personal information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy to:
