Instant Brands Australia Pty Ltd is unable to ship outside of Australia.
STANDARD SHIPPING
*Free Shipping on all orders over $100 to Australian delivery addresses ONLY.
Orders under $100, will incur a flat postage rate of $12.95 to all postal addresses in Australia.
Bulk orders exceeding 20kg may attract additional delivery service fees. Please email our online team @ onlineaus@instantbrands.com (include your name, delivery address, products of interest and quantity of each product). Orders exceeding 20kg may ship via a specialty Carrier and may attract additional shipping charges.
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 3 - 5 business days to process your order prior to shipping. You will receive an email confirmation verifying that your order has been shipped. Items might arrive in different boxes on different days.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard delivery may take 7 - 14 business days.
If you are not home to accept delivery of your parcel, your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office. If your parcel is not collected within 5 days, your parcel will be returned to Instant Brands Australia Pty Ltd. If you would like your parcel to be re-delivered a postage fee will apply. In the event of a request for refund, the refund will exclude the postage fee.

Occasionally, due to unforeseeable circumstances, orders may be delivered on weekends. This is dependable on the shipping carrier and out of our control.
